FAQ
- Can I rotate pages here?
- Reorder changes sequence, not orientation. Use Rotate PDF for sideways pages, or fix upside-down photos before converting.
- Will bookmarks or links survive?
- Page content is preserved; complex interactive features may not. Always open the download once before submitting.
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. Reordering runs in your browser.
- What about very long PDFs?
- Stay within 100 pages. For huge decks, split into chunks, reorder each, then merge.
- Is there a size limit?
- 25MB and 100 pages.
- Can I delete blank pages while reordering?
- Use Split PDF to keep only the pages you want, or rebuild with Merge after extracting the useful set.
How to reorder PDF pages before you submit
Scanners and phone apps often produce pages out of sequence. Reordering fixes that without reprinting. Put pages in the exact order a form, binder, or marker expects.
Steps
- Open the PDF and review the current page order.
- Drag or arrange pages into the sequence you need.
- Download the reordered file and open it once to confirm.
- If only a middle section is wrong, fix those pages and leave the rest.
When to use it
- Phone scans where page 2 was photographed first
- Merged packets that need a cover moved to the front
- Exam or worksheet packets shuffled during upload
Tips
- Rotate pages first if orientation is wrong — order alone will not fix upside-down text.
- Keep a copy of the original until you confirm the new order.
- Very long documents: reorder in chunks via split → reorder → merge.
